Do I need a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator subscription?
No. The product works with any standard LinkedIn account. We use LinkedIn's official Comments API via your OAuth grant — no Premium features required.
Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
No. We never use your LinkedIn account for monitoring posts (that happens on our own infrastructure with publicly available data). When you post a comment, it goes through LinkedIn's official Comments API at conservative rate limits — well within their published guidelines.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time and your access continues through the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds, but no hidden fees either.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Generation pauses — drafts still surface, you just can't burn more credits until the cycle resets. Top up on demand from Settings: 150 credits for $50, 500 credits for $99, 2,000 credits for $379. Top-up credits expire 30 days from purchase. Or upgrade your tier for an ongoing larger allowance.
How do AI credits work?
One pool covers image generation, video generation, AND LinkedIn comments. Every image costs 5 credits. Video costs 7 credits per second (a 15-second video is 105 credits, 30 seconds is 210, 60 seconds is 420) — the same price whichever way you make it. Comments cost ~3 credits per full draft-and-post flow. Starter gets 1000 credits/mo, Growth 2,500, Scale 5,500 — spend them how you like.
Is there a fee on ad spend?
On Starter and Growth, Ads Autopilot adds a 10% management fee on the ad spend PostFuse runs for you — the campaigns it creates, launches and reports on, across every ad platform you connect it to. The fee accrues daily and is billed weekly on its own invoice, separate from your plan; your ad spend itself is paid to the ad platform as usual. On Scale the fee is waived entirely.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Toggle between monthly and annual above — annual is a flat 20% off all tiers, billed once per year up-front.
